Virtual personal training and virtual group fitness sessions were born when there was a need to be able to reach clients in the comfort of their own home, from the comfort of my home studio! The 2020 pandemic hit and quarantine life became something we were all forced to experience together – and our industry had to adapt!

I offer one-on-one sessions, group fitness classes and large scale corporate sessions to people and companies located all over Canada and the US. Using accessible technology brings a memorable, enjoyable and efficient experience to all levels of exercisers.
